The Story
Based on a 1989 BMW r80 800cc – Combining Old School Minimal Bobber Style With a Cafe Racer Feel; This BMW is the latest in our “MAX” Model Range!
So what is the “MAX” concept? Well, we source Bmw r80 Monolever bikes from 1985-95 and seamlessly graft on a solo seat, fitting Chunky Firestone style tyres to complete the Old school look. We also lower the front suspension using our billet top yoke, & the rear with a heavy duty fully adjustable mono shock plus relocating the shock mounts. We also add clip on handle bars, some super bright discretely fitted LED bar end indicators which shine Front and Rear, Motone Switch Gear, Daytona speedo, Motogadget M unit, hide the battery plus fit a host of other special Kevils custom parts!
Not only is this a custom bike it’s also been fully restored! It has undergone a full ground up nut and bolt rebuild, every single component has been overhauled or replaced for new! We don’t scrimp on our builds, every detail has been taken great care of. The electrics are all upgraded, modern ignition and heavy duty charging system, bespoke wiring loom, Dyna coils, Valeo starter, plus we fully rebuild the Engine & transmission, adding a new clutch plus reconditioning the carbs, replacing all bearings & seals, Cables, Nuts, Bolts & Bungs to stainless steel.
